Moku Handwoven Rug

Each year, 2.8 tons of fabric gets trimmed away during the production of Kontex’s iconic Moku Light Towel. It was in these varied and vivid scraps that the manufacturer saw the prospect of a second life beyond the recycling bin — and thus, the Moku Handwoven Rug was born.

While they span four broad color categories: Pink, Yellow, Blue, and Green, a closer look reveals that no two rugs are the same — the whimsical result of being stitched together by hand.
